Conveniently located beside Splash Bay Water Park, our fully air-conditioned Party Room is the perfect space for your next celebration. The room includes kitchen facilities with a microwave, bar fridge, table, and chairs – everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free gathering.
Room Hire: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Capacity: Seating for up to 18 people or standing for up to 30 people

Please note: Room hire does not include park admission. Entry tickets can be purchased online or at the gate.

Important Information Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Party Room hire. Surcharge: A 1.4% credit card surcharge + $0.20 transaction fee will be applied upon checkout. Admission: Party Room hire does not include park admission. Entry tickets must be purchased separately. Cancellations 7 days or more prior to your booked date: You may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, less a $25 administration fee. Less than 7 days prior to your booked date: A credit will be issued for the full amount, less a 20% cancellation fee. This credit can be applied to annual passes, animal encounters, general admission tickets, or other park offerings. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@oakvalewildlifepark.com.au . Date Changes 7 days or more prior to your booked date: Requests to change your party date will incur a $25 administration fee. Less than 7 days prior to your booked date: Requests will be treated as a cancellation (see policy above). No-Show Policy If no guests attend on the booked party date without prior written notice, all payments will be forfeited. No refunds, reschedules, or credits will be offered in the case of a no-show.
