Oakvale Wildlife Park attempts to ensure all pathways, exhibits and facilities are accessible to all of our visitors.

Accessibility Access

Oakvale Wildlife Park prides itself on the product they provide customers and how they have modified offerings to suit guests with many levels of accessibility requirements.

Throughout the entire park*, there are no steps or sloped pathways. Pathways are kept well maintained, clear and without trip hazards to facilitate ease of motion with all mobility devices.

Tractor-trailer ride performs a vital role in facilitating the elderly and mobility impaired, enabling them to travel the distance around the park with ease and comfort. It’s at a level to allow ease of carers lifting guests in who have limited mobility to two small steps (31.5cm & 26cm)

All gate’s meet the accessibility standards and the average height of the animal viewing panels are 80cm from the ground allowing all our enclosures easy viewing access.
