This room is fully enclosed with large outfacing windows, it is the perfect addition to any gathering. Located near Splash Bay Water Park the tea room consists of kitchen facilities including a microwave, water bubbler, urn, table & chairs.

Room Hire is yours to use from 10.00am - 4.00pm

Seating for up to 160 guests

Before you visit the park please make yourself familiar with the NSW Government public health orders that may be in place when you visit.

You can redeem your Service NSW Discover Vouchers online here and be used towards your party booking.

Prices are subject to change without notice. *Please note a 0.7% credit card surcharge will be applied upon check out. Full payment is required to secure the tea room. Cancellations or date changes providing more than 21 days notice will receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations or date changes providing more than 14 days notice will receive a 50% refund less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations or date changes less than 14 days of the event will result in no refund. Admission to the park is not included in the tea room price, this must be purchased separately.
